I’ve recently been contacted by Global Resort Management out of Orlando Florida to list my timeshare for rent in Orlando. They are asking me for a “one time fee” in order to list my unit and claim to be the best in timeshare resort management. I was told that they market units like mine to corporate travelers headed to Orlando for “conventions or business meetings”. I have been warned when dealing with listing companies .. so I would like to know.. does ANYONE out there have any feedback or experience working with this company that you can share with me? I have already done my research with the BBB and found that they seem to be in good standing. Thanks in advance!
I recently had my timeshare rented out with the help of Global Resort Management. In these economic times, many people have resorted to staying in timeshares instead of hotels. In fact, Global Resort Management rented out my unit in a very short time – I was very surprised! I tried renting it out myself but found that I did not have all the right resources nor did I have the time to keep all my classified ADS up to date. Global Resort Management takes care of all of that. Although, they do ask for “one time” upfront fee, Global Resort Management markets and advertises your property to the right clientele. I loved doing business with them – whenever I called to have an update about my property, their staff was very friendly. Now all of my timeshare properties that I need listed are now with Global Resort Management, I couldn’t ask for a better management team!
Global Resort Management is my very own personal assistant for advertising, reservations & arrangements for my time share units. In 2009 Erica Alicea & Eric Spencer have assisted me with pricing our unit for sale in today’s market place & obtaining a renter, Erica handled all the details which allow me more free time to enjoy our own family vacation.
